When will orders be processed?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship Canada wide.

Do you customize gift boxes?

Yes, we do and you can do online here. Let us know how we can further assist you with customization by contacting us.

Can I add a note to my order?

Yes, when you view your cart, a boxed space that says “Add a note to your order” will appear.

What is the shipping method and its cost?

We ship orders with Canada Post. Shipping is calculated and displayed at check out. You will then have different options to choose from for your shipping method.

We currently offer offer a flat rate shipping of $15 and FREE shipping on orders $150 and up.

Please note that Canada Post is experiencing a delay on their deliveries due to high volume of shipments. 

Do you offer pick up or local delivery?

We currently do not offer pick up, but we do local delivery (Leduc, AB and certain surrounding areas) for FREE.

Where are your products from?

All our products are sourced from businesses across Canada.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. All sales are FINAL. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
